Vijay is part of Aon’s transaction liability insurance practice in Asia where he advices on various M&A insurance solutions, including W&I and spearheads the tax liability insurance solutions practice. Vijay has worked in a Big 4 accounting firm for over 10 years prior to joining Aon. He has advised MNCs on their cross-border M&A and restructuring transactions.
