Dr. Roca-Ramisa is currently the Director of Vitol Energy Mexico, a subsidiary of Vitol Inc., one of the largest energy trading powerhouses in the world. He is responsible for the E&P and midstream activities in Mexico.

Dr. Roca-Ramisa has more than 30 years experience in the E&P and service energy sectors. He has a PhD in Geological Engineering from the Missouri School of Mines and Technology and a MS and BS in Geological Engineering from the South Dakota School of Mines and Technology. Also, he has attended graduate studies at Harvard University and Rice University.
