Alma has a career spanning nearly 30 years.  During this time Alma has held numerous accounting and management positions in downstream and upstream including: Accounting Lead at Miami Accounting Centre, Financial Reporting, Treasurers, Upstream Business Services Manager.  In September 2019 she took up the position as Vice President, Upstream at ExxonMobil Exploration and Production in Mexico
