Ms. Bernatova is a seasoned executive with experience across senior operational roles as well as advisory and principal investment roles in the US and globally. She has spent time across multiple verticals of the infrastructure and energy industries including midstream, transition energy, renewables and conventional power.

She earned an A.B. in Government from Harvard University.
