Nicke Widyawati is President of Indonesia state owned oil & gas giant Pertamina.  With over 27,000 employees and $58.85 billion in revenues Pertamina ranks 175th as a Fortune Global 500.  Starting from 2021, Nicke has committed around $7 billion per year in an ambitious modernisation of the country’s refineries targeting a daily refining capacity of 2 million barrels per day. Before entering Pertamina, Widyawati worked for PT Perusahaan Listrik Negara in various roles before becoming Director of Human Resources Pertamina.
