Prior to joining the team, Jaime Perez de Laborda led the Vector Cuatro M & A and financing department, focusing on buying and selling operations and financing in the Latin American market (and leading the implementation of Vector Cuatro in this region).

Previously, Jaime was Director of one of the leading Spanish corporate finance firms , with more than 10 years of experience in buying, selling and merging businesses, valuations and raising capital and debt in a variety of sectors, advising the main venture capital firms and large industrial clients in national and cross-border transactions during this period. His previous experience includes the management of audit and consulting projects for financial groups and investment funds as a senior member of the Capital Markets practice in Deloitte Spain

Degree in Business Management and Administration from the Universidad Pontificia de Comillas (UPCO-ICADE, Madrid). Master English and Spanish
