Roger Crabb is a seasoned corporate/securities attorney, and a partner with Scheef & Stone. His core expertise is corporate finance & securities, representing a number of public companies, as well as private companies. For his public company clients, Roger negotiates and documents acquisitions, financings, handles SEC matters, and advises Boards of Directors on a range of topics. He also represents a large number of private company clients – most of which are startups by entrepreneurs.
Roger has a good business background, having served in senior managerial/legal roles for over a decade for large public companies.
This is Texas, so Roger also has a deep knowledge of the oil & gas industry, and represents over two dozen companies in the business – primarily for their financing needs.
