- The Dairy Queen Deal – Trey tells the story about a leasehold deal he closed back in 2013 with a Rancher in West Texas. After 2 full days of staying at the Ranch, working cattle, and building a rapport with the land owner, Trey figured he had the deal in the bag. Little did he know that something as simple as an ice cream from Dairy Queen would be the thing that saved the deal from falling apart…
