Andre Burba is a managing director on the energy investment team at Pine Brook, a New York based private equity firm. He is a member of the Investment Committee. Mr. Burba represents Pine Brook as a board director of Ancova Midstream, LLC, High Ground Energy Inc., Red Bluff Resources, LLC, Saguaro Resources Ltd. and Serafina Energy Ltd.

Mr. Burba has nearly 19 years of experience in the energy sector as a principal investor, investment banker and project finance counsel. Before joining Pine Brook, Mr. Burba was with Credit Suisse, where he was a principal investor in the Special Opportunities Group and was responsible for investments in infrastructure, energy, metals and mining, renewables, and oil and gas. Prior to joining the Special Opportunities Group, Mr. Burba was an investment banker in the Energy Group at Credit Suisse. He began his career as a project finance counsel at Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy.
